Due to the characteristics and advantages of using high-pressure die casting, the market areas and product types it can be used in are considerable.

Some of the market areas we presently serve include:
  • Automobile first and second tier
  • Domestic & Electrical appliances products
  • DIY equipment
  • Sports & Leisure industry
  • Pipeline control & Oil industry
  • Office equipment
  • Building & Construction Industry
  • Defence
  • Public transport & Rail industry

With the demand for lighter cars, trucks and airplanes to reduce the fuel consumption and hence CO2 emissions is driving a whole range of R,D & C activities into composites, ceramics and light metals technology around the world. This is why High Pressure Die Casting is becoming far more widely used in industry and consumer products everyday.

Due to the characteristics of aluminium, it is a perfect metal for electrical items. Aluminium boxes, aluminium enclosure castings and aluminium housing die castings (including: "aluminium enclosures" and "aluminium housings") are usual terms used in to describe this type of product servicing the electrical market area. Aluminium housings and enclosures are boxes die cast for many reasons. Die cast aluminium housings require less labour in assembly than other processes. Die cast aluminium enclosure parts are produced at a faster rate than other manufacturing processes. Aluminium housing parts weigh less then steel fabricated parts making it the perfect product for electrical products.

Aluminium housings or aluminium boxes are electrically conductive and can be easily be electrically grounded. Aluminium box enclosures can be produced with the mounting holes necessary for installing circuit boards and covers or lids to the enclosures to seal from moisture and damage to the components assembled. Aluminium enclosures work well with aluminium heat sink parts to remove and dissipate heat from components.
